My passion for human capital development has been the driving force behind my journey. Since 2015, I’ve dedicated myself to hosting seminars and workshops on personal finance education, empowering individuals to take control of their financial futures.

In 2017, while still working full-time, as a side hustle, I started SKONOaf—a company that specializes in manufacturing cleaning detergents for businesses. In 2019, I made one of the most significant decisions of my life: leaving the corporate world to pursue my business full-time.

As I ventured deeper into the entrepreneurial ecosystem, I engaged with entrepreneurs from various backgrounds—white, Indian, and black (township-based). I quickly noticed a striking difference: white and Indian entrepreneurs often had a profound understanding of the essential pillars of business, nurtured by mentorship from an early age. My fellow Kasi entrepreneurs, however, faced a significant knowledge gap, navigating their businesses without the same foundational guidance.

This realization became a calling. By 2023, with SKONOaf growing steadily and my knowledge base expanding, I began sharing my insights with some of my clients and through social media.

In 2024, I took the next step in this journey and authored Psychology of a Successful Kasi Entrepreneur (POSKE)—an eBook designed to empower Kasi-based entrepreneurs with the tools and knowledge to grow their businesses. This project sparked something even bigger: it inspired me to start KOTULAH, a Financial Wellness and Business Development Company.
